The City of Brampton sought to perform various interior alterations across 10 different Fire Stations: 202, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, and 213. Each location varied in size and scope, but all Fire Stations remained open and fully operational throughout construction.
Work included:
1) Lots of selective demolition and removal of dated existing plumbing, millwork, accessories, fixtures, flooring, and ceiling tiles while protecting and making good any areas effected by demolition;
2) Updating washrooms complete with new fixtures and finishes;
3) Painting throughout the stations;
4) Installation of wall protection in gymnasiums; and 5) replacement of some doors, ceiling tile, and floor tile.
