We are proud to be constructing a new, modern Police Detachment Building for Brunswick House First Nation, located near Chapleau, Ontario (Reference No. 42074).

This important community infrastructure project, designed in collaboration with K.L. Martin & Associates Corp. (Consultant) and Alard Architect, will provide a dedicated, secure facility to support policing services under the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service for the Brunswick House First Nation community.

Key project highlights:

  • Scope: Full construction including site preparation, foundation work, underground services (watermain, sanitary/storm sewers, septic system), structural elements (concrete, steel framing, masonry), building envelope (cladding, insulation, roofing), interior finishes (flooring, ceilings, doors/windows), and site development (roadways, parking, fencing, landscaping).
  • Progress update: As of early 2026, the foundation and essential underground services have been successfully installed, marking significant milestones in the project’s advancement.
  • Timeline: The project is actively underway and scheduled for completion in 2026.

This facility will enhance community safety, operational efficiency, and long-term service delivery for Brunswick House First Nation. We are honored to contribute to this meaningful development that supports Indigenous governance and public safety in Northern Ontario.
