As President of RITESTART Limited, James provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the company and its 60+ full-time team. With more than 25 years in the industry, he has managed projects exceeding $50 million in value, developing deep expertise in complex institutional and infrastructure environments. Since co-founding RITESTART in 2015, James has guided the successful delivery of diverse, high-stakes projects through a commitment to quality, client value, sustainability (LEED AP), and operational excellence.
Darryl Edmonds
Vice-President, Construction
As Vice-President of Construction, Darryl oversees all field operations and project execution for RITESTART’s team of specialists. Beginning his career as an apprentice over 25 years ago, he advanced to Superintendent roles managing demanding ICI projects. Since co-founding the company in 2015, Darryl has led the on-site delivery of complex critical infrastructure and institutional works — ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality outcomes even under challenging conditions, tight timelines, and intricate coordination demands.
