James Duncan and Darryl Edmonds founded RITESTART in 2015, and have decades of combined Construction Management experience within the ICI sector.

As the President of Ritestart Limited, James is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company. Starting his career over 15 years ago, he quickly developed the skills required to succeed as a Project Manager overseeing projects exceeding $50M in value. Since incorporating RITESTART in 2015 with Darryl Edmonds, James has successfully managed a host of projects with varying degrees of complexity and scope. His commitment to quality and providing value to RITESTART’s clients allow for the successful completion of all projects undertaken by the company.
Darryl Edmonds
Vice-President, Construction
As the Vice-president of Ritestart Limited, Darryl is responsible for overseeing the construction operations across the company. Starting his career over 15 years ago as an apprentice, he was quickly promoted to a Superintendent responsible for overseeing many projects within the ICI sector. Since incorporating RITESTART in 2015 with James Duncan, Darryl has overseen and been instrumental in the successful completion of all RITESTART projects. He possesses the skills, knowledge and adaptability to lead any project to successful completion.
James and Darryl worked on many high-value projects with unforgiving working conditions, tough schedules, intricate building requirements, and complex coordination issues.
They’re continually building and maintaining client, consultant and subtrade relationships, which comprise the foundation of RITESTART’s continued success.
