Ritestart, through the invitation from Arch-Tech Design Group, was a award this project as Construction Manager. This project included new site services, asphalt parking lot, concrete footing and masonry foundation walls, structural steel construction complete with a stucco cladding and the installation of an elevator. Additionally, barrier free washrooms, a kitchen and dining area, an administration area and showroom spaces were constructed. The building is accessed through a new curtainwall system with complex lighting, glazing, and structural elements to display the Design Home signage.
This expansion is 18,000 sq.ft. and two levels.
