Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board selected RITESTART Limited to perform interior renovations, installation of new canopy at main entrance and complete replacement of existing roofing systems at Millgrove. The scope consisted of renovating the existing gymnasium including associated change rooms and spaces complete with new stage barrier free lift, flooring, ceilings and mechanical systems, refresh of the library and learning commons areas, new structural steel main entrance canopy, and new roofing comprised of various systems – flat roof, shingles and cedar shakes. RITESTART was required to carry out major Type 3 Asbestos removal prior proceeding with major renovation works within gymnasium.
