Ritestart Limited served as General Contractor for the construction of a new pre-engineered steel storage and maintenance building at Port Whitby Marina. The project replaced an existing trailer office with a modern, durable facility designed to support marina staff operations and equipment storage.
The approximately 30 ft × 30 ft (≈87 m²) building features insulated metal wall and roof panels, a standing-seam metal roof system, concrete slab-on-grade, insulated overhead and personnel doors, and associated site improvements including sidewalks, bollards, grading, and drainage works. Construction was carried out on an active marina site, requiring careful coordination of demolition, excavation, foundation work, and building erection while maintaining operational access and site safety.
