This is the third project that we’ve undertaken with Roofmart as a client, and Kingsland+ Architects as a consultant. Both of our previous Roofmart projects were completed to the satisfaction of the owner as well as the consultant. As a result, we were invited to assist in converting another existing warehouse into a high-end showroom and administration area at the Roofmart Hamilton location.
The project involved the replacement of existing roof and complete exterior facade including windows and entrance systems; reinforcement of the existing structure; installation of new overhead doors; masonry partitions; installation of full kitchen area; completion of three washrooms; new polished concrete slab topping; rubber specialty flooring; and complete plumbing/electrical revitalization.
