An exciting opportunity, RITESTART, a Seneca College prequalified vendor, had been contracted to perform major renovations within Seneca’s Markham Campus – International Academy main entrance lobby. The renovation primarily consisted of the complete replacement of existing ceiling systems with fabric covered ceiling panels and newly integrated lighting, a stone clad main reception and security desks, as well as new floor finishes throughout. Miscellaneous renovations were also carried out and included new electrical and painting refresh of lounges located on the 3rd and 4th floor as well as an office renovation at the garden level.
